The SPSLink Commander user manual (version 1.1) is the full reference for the Commander, model V1, the SPSLink radio for vehicles and fixed sites. It covers the front keys and color screen, the hand microphone, mounting, wiring to a 10 to 24 V DC supply, group and private push to talk calls and the menu.
Download the PDF from the attachment at the bottom of this article. It is a 6 page document and prints on US Letter.

Before you start
The Commander ships with its SPSLink SIM installed. There is nothing to activate: service starts the first time you turn the radio on and runs for one year from that date.
The Commander talks over 4G LTE only; it does not join Wi-Fi. A weak power supply is the most common cause of a Commander that resets or will not stay on, so check the supply can deliver 2 A before anything else. See Radio won't charge or stay on in Troubleshooting.
