Your SPSLink plan covers push to talk calling. The services below are optional, billed annually per radio, and can be added when you order or at any time afterwards by emailing us. They are account services, so nothing needs to be installed on the radio.
GPS tracking portal
See every radio on a map from a web browser, with location history. Works with the Go and Trek, which have GPS built in. The tracking portal is free for the first year, then renews annually.
Voice recording
Keeps 30 days of call recordings for your account so a dispatcher or manager can play back what was said.
Geofencing
Draw virtual boundaries on the map and get an alert when a radio enters or leaves one. Requires GPS tracking.
SPSLink app
Lets a phone or tablet join the same talk groups as the radios, so the office or a supervisor can talk with the team without carrying a radio.
VIP bundle
All four services together: GPS tracking, voice recording, geofencing and app access.
SOS
The Trek's dedicated SOS key sends an alert to your account's dispatcher. It is part of the GPS tracking service, so GPS tracking must be active for the SOS key to work.
