Which SPSLink plan do I need?

Every SPSLink radio needs one annual SPSLink plan. You choose it when you order, the SIM ships installed with that plan on it, and the year starts the first time the radio registers on the network. The three plans differ only in where the radio can talk.

USA / Canada / Mexico

For teams that work in North America. The radio talks wherever a supported cellular network is available in the United States, Canada and Mexico, and over Wi-Fi anywhere (Go and Trek).

South America

Adds supported networks across South America for crews, expeditions and fleets that cross into the region.

Global

For radios that travel. Talks on supported networks worldwide, so one radio and one plan cover every trip.

How to choose

• Pick the plan that matches the widest area the radio will visit during the year
• Radios on different plans still talk to each other: the plan sets coverage, not who you can call
• Wi-Fi calling on the Go and Trek works on any plan, including over a Starlink Mini, which is useful beyond cellular coverage

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Email us with the radio and the plan you want and we will change it on your account; the SIM stays in the radio.
